Self-Guided Support

Quiet offerings meant to be engaged slowly and on your own terms.

These offerings are for those who want structure and support without entering a facilitated program.

Each can be used privately and at your own pace, with no deadlines, group participation, or required sharing.

Some begin with learning.

Others begin with writing.

Both are valid.

What matters most is beginning in a way that feels honest.

A short introduction

This brief video offers a glimpse into the spirit of the R.E.M. Mini Course — how it’s taught, how it’s held, and who it’s for.

R.E.M. Mini Course

A self-guided starting place for those ready to begin the work.

$49

This self-guided mini course offers an entry point into the R.E.M. framework through short teachings and reflective prompts.

It was created for those who sense that something from the past still lingers — not loudly, but persistently — and want a place to begin paying attention.

The course does not rush healing or demand resolution. Instead, it invites you to pause, listen, and begin noticing the narratives that shape how you move through the world. It offers structure and guidance for reflection that many struggle to hold on their own.

What it is

A self-guided course designed to introduce awareness, language, and responsibility through teaching, reflection, and writing.

What’s included

  • Four recorded teaching videos

  • Guided reflection prompts for personal writing

  • Space to pause, notice, and name what has been lived

  • The ability to return to the material at your own pace

Themes explored

  • Releasing what has been carried

  • Naming hurt without being consumed by it

  • Recognizing patterns of burnout and self-protection

  • Beginning the work of forgiveness — gently, honestly, and without force

This course is not meant to complete the work.

It is meant to begin it.

A gentle companion for personal reflection

There are seasons when carrying feels heavier than speaking, and naming what you’re holding takes more energy than you have.

A Space for What You’re Carrying was created for those moments — when you don’t need answers, advice, or progress, but a place to set things down gently.

This journal offers simple prompts, quiet check-ins, coloring, and open pages for writing, reflection, and rest. It can be used in any order, at any pace, and returned to whenever you need. There is no expectation to finish, no timeline to keep, and no right way to move through it.

What you’ll find inside

  • Open-ended writing prompts for reflection
  • Gentle check-ins to help name what’s present
  • Coloring pages for quiet moments of rest
  • Open space to write, draw, or pause
  • Created to be revisited as often as needed
